did 25 minutes cardio including warm up and cooldown. seems ideal time for me Ill just work on increasing speed and distance in that time. This is for non weight training days anyway. dont know what ill work out for actual weight days.

3.6ks in the 25 minutes tho. peak speed of 18.8ks lol lowest speed 7ks xoxoox

flat bench press
125kg 5*3 5*2 same ammount of reps as week 3 last cycle but with 2.5kg more. probably could of got a few more sets of 3 in but switched to doubles for safety.

Chins me+10kg 3*6 3*5

BentORow 105kg 6*6

push press 60*5 65*5 70*8

ONe arm db tri overhead 12.5kg *12 15kg *10 meh

didnt stretch :(
will hit shower now and stretch chest, back, shoulders.

squats were easy today. definately shouldnt hit the treadmill before them lol. I failed on reps last week at 5kg lighter got this weeks reps easy as pie.

Squat 132.5kg 6*6
Deadlifts Ramped up 120*5 (i need doctor deadlift to coach me on this lift lol. I just cant do it. Hips rise way to fast and im going to injure myself even on light weights.)
goodmornings ramped upto 70kg*8
ham curls 60 3*12 50 1*12
seated calf raise 60kg 2*15
machine crunches 4 sets of 12 xoxoxox

stretched then out.

Yep, post a video of your body in action (deadlifting in the case). I had the same problem with the hip, one thing that helped me was thinking in contract the glutes before starting off the lift.

bench 105kg 4*6 2*5 Slammed the weight into the rack on my 5th rep of 5th set, really threw me off lololol.

Dips (didnt feel like close grip bench today. 27.5kg by 6 (was holding dumbell in my feet was aqward lol. 20kg (plate between my thighs) 2*6

Chins 50 reps 10,8,7,6,7,6,6

arnold press 25kg *10 *11

fat boy pullups 4*12 bw

Deload -1 did a quick circuit

stiff leg deadlifts 60kg *15 leg press 150kg *20 incline bench 60kg*12 Bent over row*15 3 repeats

Scarecrows 7.5kg *5 , Lat pulldown 40kg *15, Machine shoulder press 40*12 2 repeats

stretched then out. xooxoxox
