did 25 minutes cardio including warm up and cooldown. seems ideal time for me Ill just work on increasing speed and distance in that time. This is for non weight training days anyway. dont know what ill work out for actual weight days.

squats were easy today. definately shouldnt hit the treadmill before them lol. I failed on reps last week at 5kg lighter got this weeks reps easy as pie.

Deadlifts Ramped up 120*5 (i need doctor deadlift to coach me on this lift lol. I just cant do it. Hips rise way to fast and im going to injure myself even on light weights.)

Yep, post a video of your body in action (deadlifting in the case). I had the same problem with the hip, one thing that helped me was thinking in contract the glutes before starting off the lift.
