ill try to get a better vid next time i deadlift. only had 19 seconds to film that on my phone tho. lol stupid hips and stupid prosterior chain. at what point in the move should i feel my arse being able to contract? I find it very hard to contract until like 2 thirds through the movement...

You should feel glute activation at the start of the pull. Your hips are still rising too fast, it kinda looks like 2 movements.

Maybe try concentric GMs or heavy rack pulls. You need to strengthen the starting point of your posterior chain activation so it can keep up with your leg drive.

Or be the first to do BB Hip Thrusts and BB Glute Bridges in your gym...

Like freako said, too much hip movement at the start, but ive seen far worse form before, yours is easily fixed, just follow freako's advice xoxoxox

greetings brothers of iron xoxoxo last session of week1 5*5 next week 2.5% increase on all my maximum sets. riding it till week 4 which is a match for most of my pbs then week 5 on is pb territory. Im not going to supplement anything besides whey twice a day until week 5 when ill bring in the placebo(creatine)

Squat 4*5 Ramping upto 125
1*3 147.5kg
1*8 105
lolol may as well be a deload session... cant wait for week 4.

Bench 4*5 ramping upto 100kg
1*3 117.5kg
1*8 85kg (snorlax used rest! enemy snorlax regained full heath!)

Bent over row (decided to keep the maths simple and to try and harden up id just use the same weights,reps sets as bench. the 1*3 @117.5 wasnt how id like it to be but ill improve as i go along. still good rom i can just feel my upper traps firing more then they should,i would argue its the exercise being stupid rather then me. (stupid 5*5 and its stupid bent over rows lolol)

DIPS (Goal for the rest of session was straight sets of 3*8)
(thought i could straight set 40kg with no practice...lolol)
40kg*6 lol
30kg*7
30kg*7
boobs

Chins Bw 3*8

Skull crushers ezbar+40kg so 45kg? 2*8 1*6 meh


postworkout nutrition. vanilla protein in a glass of coke, muesli bar, one of my roomates easter eggs and a nutella sandwhich. BAM!

i didnt do it for vanilla coke i did it because it was there,

lol@ shaking it in a shaker tho. he should of heated the coke in a microwave first then shook it in a shaker :O
