big thanks for your support guys, 2 days off the weights today and tommorrow... but im doing a beep test today(LOL) and touch footy tommorrow. please let me pass my beep test. Perhaps Ill boycott my supplement free till week 4 plan and smash caffiene, creatine, your mum before i have to run it etc.

Last time I did it the person running it said i had to get lvl 8 or he'd rape me(this was 4 yrs ago). and I remember gingerly getting lvl 8 then delibrately quitting for the lulz and 8 is all i have to prove my fitness today. still tho. moderately shitting myself.

^^ The trick with the beep test is to take the first part really slow. Everyone expends too much energy early running when you can shuffle across.

When you get to the running pace you only want to touch the line, rather than turn around. So come in sideways.

That should help a bit, as everyone stuffs those points up. Good luck though. I always remember the last time I did a beep test was when I had bad shin splints and when everyone else was dropping from exhaustion I was dropping from exhaustion and shin pain. 15mins of HELL!!!!

I've heard of international athletes that have only gotten to level 14. I have no idea what my best was. I think I got to the "minimum" level for our footy team which was like a 9 or 10 when I had shin splints. The guy who won that day did a 14 or 15 (he also had ridden his bike to training from the city and rode home after).

lol@ nsw police force needing a 5.1 to pass. I needed a 7.5 had a 10 in me but alas dogged it and stopped at 8.6 :p (have to give myself room to improve for next time i test it lol)

as consequence of getting a 8.6 my roomate now threatens to put me in a sharpshooter on a moving treadmill no less. Ouch

he is going for the beep test in a few weeks as well but he'll get a 12 easy id say. curses.

8.6 is pretty decent. Unless you do a lot of running or cardio you don't see many people get beyond about 6 or so. That exponential levels bit really gets to you.

Week 3 day 1.

this time next week ill be equalling pbs lololol. Had the full 2 days off for day 1 this time and drove to the gym so no excuses. got all my targets anyway.

Proper squats (i.e deeper than natzo,lolol)
75*5, 90*5 , 110*5 132.5*5, 152.5*5 (bring on 1 schwifty Swive)

Proper bench (i.e full rom unlike natzo, lolol)
60*5, 80*5, 90*5, 105*5, 120*5 (that last set is only 264 pounds right?)
Rows (no doubt better then natzos)
Same reps and weights as bench

Did 2*15 bw reverse hypers, 2*12 @ 20kg hyper extensions and 4*12@14kg situps as supporters. (situps were the hardest part of the workout but no doubt done better then what natzo would do)

Stretched and then out.

Pushpress (starting from floor so with a clean) 55kg*5 65*5 72.5*5 82.5*5(last set was the only true push press set the others were all militaries) p.s cleaning 82.5 id never done before (my clean looks like a straight back reverse curl lol. so call that a p.b)
Deadlifts same as squats (again they felt good. sneakers? doing them after the 4*1 cleans? dunno just felt good, maybe its time i start upping the weight to be beyond the squat where they should be lolol)

Sit ups incline bw *20 for 3 sets
leg curls 60+2 circles 2*12 60+1 circle *10

stretched then out xoxoxoox
