yeah, im getting passionate about squatting again. im getting better drive through my rear as well so its only going to get better. thanks for the support, now that im incorporating heavy dumbells into my pressing i expect my bench to go up too:)

last night did back and legs.

squats
130kg 6 sets of 5 reps.
chins wide
3 sets of 9 1 set of 6 rest pause +3 one set of 5 rest pause *4... lol
Dumbellrows standing
42.5kgs 4*15
hypers
3*15... my lower back went ape tight... probably will sub these for something else...

stretched hams,quads,glutes,lats etc out.xoxoxoxo later on today hitting militaries, flat dbs, dips, side raises and scap retraction doovies. xooxox

50? 4 sets of 12 (definately need more ham curls in addition to straight leg hammy moves, i miss curls. they hurt tho i could barely kneel during stretching and planks)
