today was unfortunately a short session. missed my pushups,inclines and hammer curls because of limited time. tried to make up for it with a few heavy things.

hey fellas. did chest and bis on friday. pretty alright session, more volume then last chest session. Im starting to notice some changes in size i believe hopefully will keep it going.(definately will start using creatine this week. rofl) I played tennis today with a work mate. beat him finally. took 2 and a half hours. 4-6, 6-2, 11-9. First time ive beat him in 5 attempts so im pretty stoked. Had heaps of energy today for it as well despite being hungover. lol. Because ive been slack with my log heres a posing video. No plans to compete I wouldnt dare compete with my genetics ever again but Just showing u guys im back on track. Vid has pretty bad lighting but hopefully u get an idea. id say bf is at 12% with weight at 96kg (im 6foot3 remember) Glutes are still my number 1 priority followed by shoulder width everything else can grow at same snail pace. :p





p.s i wore a singlet to the tennis

Posing is ok. You kinda pose with one shoulder higher than the other, especially on back poses. Also I think a lot of us amateurs don't flex everything when we pose (I know I suck at this).

Aside from that your back and chest are pretty lean, chest looks good and back has some great detail in it.

Love the tan lines :keke:

tim- yeah I know what u mean. I didnt flex legs at all through whole vid and its easy to forget about midsection. My right shoulder needs to get lower. Maybe I'm holding an injury or just a massive imbalance?
