It's odd that you weren't seated pressing and close gripping more than that. Were you tired by the time you'd done the standing presses?

GHR negatives 3 sets 5 reps (still struggling with these especially after all other leg work. just tried to flex my marshmellows and keep tight)
planks 1 minute, 45 sec , 45 sec

did a beach muscle session tonight
bench, incline bench, pushups, lat pulldowns(underhand), curls and more curls. was pretty fun. nothing to write home about. :spy:

going to hit hams and glutes relatively hard for 6 weeks. then ill go back to 5/3/1. my deads are too far off the mark to do 5/3/1 effectively and i think its because im too quad dominant being a tall mother having prosterior weaknesses causes my to round my lower back or raise my hips too early. i hit glutes and hams 3 times this week tho and with volume so things are looking up. plus im digging training with more volume again so hopefully my muscles will start to swell.
Back and hams
Chins overhand Bw 5 sets of 8. (had to rest pause the last set but overall it felt awesome might add me some weight.)
Tbar rows
3 and a half plates 4 sets of 12. (threw the 10 on top of what i did monday did it easier then monday as well)
Seated row 71kg 4 sets of 12 (gonna keep this exercise rather then bent over rows)
stiff leg deadlifts 80kg 4 sets of 12
GHR 6 second negatives 3 sets of 5. (since im not moving anywhere fast on these im officially tracking my negative speed lol. hopefully i can delay it a bit more then 6 seconds in sessions to come)
Machine crunches 80lbs 2*15
Planks 60 seconds, 60 seconds, 30 seconds (FAIL)lol

pretty sweet session, tommorrow im hitting up 2 hours of tennis (becoming a bit of a sunday ritual last 3 weeks) then ill go do some pushing militaries close grips db shoulder presses etc. xoxoox

lolol, did my push session today with some cardio. lulz.didnt do it yesterday as i was a cat after tennis went overtime. forgot my towel today as well so did everything standing. win

standing barbell press
56kg *6*6*6*4 50kg *6
Standing db press
22.5kg *8 fuck. *6 double fuck *6 *6
Side raises
10kg 3 sets of 20 reps
Bw dips 4 sets of 12 peice of piss :O
tricep pushdown 55kg 3 sets of 20 reps

xoxoxoxo tommorrow im gonna do legs with squats, goodmornings, ghr, planks xoxoxoox may even consider taking creatine again for the placebo since i have taken it like 3 times since buying it about a month ago. continually forget to pack it.

You could quite easily do 5/3/1 even with your dead problems. Just make sure all of your assistance work for your squat and DL day focuses on glute strength.

thanks for stopping by fellas. yeah ill definately go back to 5/3/1 but as i said im digging the volume atm and riding the wave.

Squats
120kg 5*6 got the fifth set this time. reps were good. will go heavier in next squat day possibly throw a few singles in as well.
Goodmornings
80kg 4*12
GHR negatives 3 sets of 5 stuck with 6 second negatives

planks 60 secs, 60 secs, 45 secs(fail lol)
side planks 30 secs each side.

My hammys have always sucked, I feel your pain!!

Rotating through a few exercises for hammys and single leg stuff is an idea for you.

why squatting all you need is bench, bicep curls and tricep extensions :)
