thanks for your feedback vegeta. im actually not to worried about my arm size. maybe more tris but otherwise i like how they flow with my body. shoulder width and back posture are my main upperbody concerns. doesnt mean i wont try to grow my arms tho. My legs used to overpower everything really bad (then i became tweak and refused to train legs until i could wear pants with a waist that is close to my waist size). they will soon be big again tho as i continue to squat they will grow like weeds.

today i did back and hams
wide grip chins 5*8 bodyweight
Seated row 84kgs 4*12
Db row 35kg 3*15
Hyper extensions +3kg dumbells 4*15
(seated ham curls did them cause smith machine wasnt free for my GHR) weight doesnt matter reps dont matter this exercise sux!
Planks 3* 1 minute fuck yeah! finally got 3 by a minute :p did take a long rest tho lol.

stretched inbetween and after planks then i was out

lol thanks boys. freako, im squatting tommorrow bra. i will do an extra set for you too :spy:

today i did delts and tris.

not quite a push press- 60kg *6 62.5kg*6 65kg*6 67.5*5*5
db shoulder press- 25kg *12,8,8,8,8 (dunno why i got 12 on first set and only 8 on the rest... small penis syndrome?)
side raises 12.5 4*12 minute rest between sets
dips bw 4*12 minute and half rests had to rest pause last 2 sets lolol.
1 arm tricep overhead... could barely move my arms epicly swole. 10kg* 12
1 arm tricep reverse grip pushdown 2*12 20kg
side planks 30 secs. went to do the extended arm version for a 2nd set. did it easy on my left side went to do my right side and had the worst wobbles in my arm. my right arm was too fatigued and couldnt maintain a stable base and lockout lol.

video looks really good pickle. you have a good physique, legs looks big and upper body looks proportionate. i agree with ur assesment that u could do with more shoulder width. but overall it looks very solid. sessions looks great too. strong push military/push presses:D

140kg*2 (lololol)
150kg*1 (epic slow raise but got it, i failed this when i was with freako and skip so that ones for them xoxoxo)

GHR negatives.
focused on top 10 degrees slow still did full rom. 3*5

Step ups 30kg dumbells 2*5

Hyper extensions bw 4*12 Slow reps.

little bit of tight glutes

3*1 minute planks
