Yep, 55kg must be heavy, never pressed nothing above 42kg, dummbelly speaking.

yes dilated i bench 140kg and only db press 55lbs for 2 reps...lolololol

the i love tim and want to cuddle him workout

warmed up with no weight YTWL circuit on a fitball. 3 rotations 12 reps on each. lol so weak in lower traps and rotators. im gonna start every session with these.
high rows 4plates*12 5plates 4*12
db bench 30kg*6,35kg*6,40kg*6,45kg*6,55kg*4 probably could of got 5 but wrist started to hurt and i was a coward. every rep touched my chest and no problem with lockout.
chins me *12
tricep pushdowns with curls 3*20 /w 3*12 tricep overhead with rope curl 1*12 /w 1*12
stretched statically then out

todays session was brought to u by me... not bringing my log into the gym also helped. was going to squat 5.3.1 week 3 but alas didnt know the numbers i was suppsoed to use. lol

Front squats Deeppppp 80kg*6,90kg*6,100kg*6,110*6,120*5 Bar slipped off my shoulders... lolol
Triset Stiff leg deadlifts 80kg*30/w leg curls*15 /w seated calf raise *20
YTWL Circuit
High Row 4*15 superset with fist pushups 4*15

post workout nutrition 4 donuts, protein shake in water (felt guilty) lolololol

db bench press. Had my first assisted reps in about 3 years. did 6 reps on 55kg with assistance on the positive for the last 2. i didnt ask for it but a guy made friendly contact with me before my set and he just stepped in so i let it happen, no homo.

Nice pressing. I hate the assist when you weren't expecting one.

One day my home gym will have a dumbbell set that goes all the way up to 60kg, with one of those super adjustable ones that goes to 80kg.
