hammies were absolutely fried yesterday. i could barely stand up. today much better allowing me to do
shoulder warm ups
Cleans from floor 65*5, 70*5, 75*5, 80*5, 85*3 (the shoulder warm ups seem to be making these tougher lolol)
Deadlifts 5/3/1 120*3, 130*3, 135*18 (pb for reps on that weight. coulda, shoulda done more)
Db Bench ramped upto 50*6
calf raises seated 60kg *20 60kg *10 (calf cramps)
stretched for about 15 mins then bailed. xoxoxoxo
