back injuries will reck a mans prep. good thing u'll know from experience soon enough.
for my shoulder its probably wise. ill do a seated row and try to do more then 50 chins on my military day :OI think you might benefit from a horizontal rowing movement too. Maybe instead of one of the chin sessions?
