62.5*8 12.5kgs off a pb for those reps. But i went a lot heavier on preceeding work sets then normal and with my shoulder issues very happy

Bw Chins 50 Reps took me 7 sets 10,10,8,6,6,5,5.
DB flats 40kg 50 reps took me 6 sets. 10,10,10,8,6,6

so i did wk 1 of this rotation 4 days in sucession lolool rest is for the smart.

power cleans from floor. 85kg 10sets *2 reps
Deads 5/3/1 120*5, 125*5, 135kg *20 p.b estimated 1rm 224kg. 12 reps double overhand, 5 reps left under right over 3 reps right under left over lolol. There was a dude behind me using straps on 100kg rack deads not even kidding. 20 reps full range of movement no straps, get some balls mr.

hey guys still been training just havent had a chance to get on here ive actually done 6 weights sessions in the past 8 days and a BJJ session yesterday. Will be a bit of a cluster **** this weekend hence the powering of sessions. havent had much of a chance to get on here but will check the O threads and ur logs soon.xxx

High row 6plates 3*20
Rope pushdowns 5plates 15,12
Same time dumbell curls 15kg*15,12
YTLR Circuit *15 used weight for the rotators but not for the YT lolol


Evening- 1 hour BJJ, So fun. I didn't get submitted tonight which is a p.b and nearly tapped the guy that tapped me 5 times on the first night 3 times the most brutal was a north south i had on him for about a minute just didnt know how to get it tight enough i still kept control and prevented him rolling tho. fun fun lololol at one stage he had me up for a powerbomb when i had my legs around his head lol.
