did a session on friday it sucked i got a thumb injury on thursdays jui jitzu and no position i had it would stop pain. didn't even get to do my typical high rep deads.

like this but with better rom and less weight. intergral part of the set up tho is rolling the bar upto your hips while you are seated upright if you try to roll the bar to your hips while your lying down youll roll straight over your nads. Pleasureable with lightweights not so much with 60kg plus (e.g minxy)

great effort on the squats. sucks when you dont get the amount of reps you're gunning for. but a PB is always great, keep it up.

deloading this week maybe next week as well, hurt my back at jiu jitzu luuuuuulz.

im getting a bit tired of the whole 5/3/1 template so am probably going to run bill stars advanced 5*5. should have done this before its a really solid program. keeping it as is but doing as it was recommended power cleans instead of bent over rows and choosing militaries as the wednesday press xoxoxo
