nah i just need to get back into 5/3/1 properly. i am intrigued by the link i posted doing it on my off days.
I did a couple of cycles of incline bench instead of MPs at the beginning of the year. Its a Wendler approved move.
I can't comment on the T-nation link as I've never paid any attention to it and don't want to waste my D/L limit on it either.
Go for 5/3/1 and just pick exercises that you enjoy for accesory work. IMO those are what make the program be fun or a nightmare.
