had a reasonably bludgey session didnt feel like it because of this lingering flu and breathing difficulties still progressed on bench tho pretty much didnt do the rest of my session.
110kg bench 7*4 (win next session ill go for 5*5)

Rear DB raises 3*12 @15kg
Tricep pushdown 150p 3*20 reps

so an interesting week in the training. i went to do one session warmed up through my bench had my girlfriend there being critical of my hips being elevated... so much so that in my first set of working weight 110*5 on my 5th rep as i push up she comes and touches my lower back arch to see what stress im under. I completely get shocked slam the bar into the bottom of where im trying to rack it then struggle to push it back past the rack (whcih is behind my head so i can put it on top for whence it came) anywho(after finally getting it from the aqward spot and reracking it. I completely crack the shits and finish prematurely and go home from there. lolkolol
Im at the new gym now did a deload session the other day and will do another de load today still got the remnants of being sick. Im actually tossing up doing a higher volume routine for a few weeks. starting monday and this routine will allow me to have shorter sessions then what i planned above or what i was doing... I hope Ill do mostly 5s*5r-6r or 4r*7s-10s for heavy compounds deads,bench,squats. Chins and dumbells shoulder press and goodmornings probably something similair and everything else 4s*12r

had my first back and shoulders session did a few exercise i hadnt done in a long time. ease back into it.

Hurt myself in mondays session it turns out i felt a minor strain in my mid back left side on second set of deads but continued. Mrs told me the weights were hitting the ground on the right side first momentarily before the left which could explain why my injury is left side i thought it was probably QL meh. It kept me out of the gym yesterday and has kept me awake at night it doesnt bug me if i sleep on my side but im not a side sleeper. I havcent recovered yet but i trained today. had to skip the flat bench but everything else was a good start.
