haha thanks c05. im 6 foot 3 with about 4 foot of legs id say. its very hard to do a conventional dead properly. my lower back wins on sumos no rounding. thanks for stopping by vegeta my fellow tall iron warriror!

awesome that ur doing 5/3/1 pickle, hope it yields good results for u. those deads are looking nice. and i hear ya on the grip thingy, its annoying to say the least. i went down 40 kg on my deads when i started doing em without straps. u should get some chalk though if ur gym allows it:)

pretty decent session. ill be back at 140kg squats for 10 reps in no time :p


tommorrow ill start week 3. I may introduce some creatine for giggles. definately will cycle it next 5/3/1 rotation during weeks 2 and 3 but couldnt be arsed to use it in deload and week 1. lololol

awesome effort on that military press mate, 4 extra reps is solid. incline bench looks strong as well. cant wait to see how the program turns out for you:)
