Hey human suplex machines. I got annoyed with my plateu and decided to change gyms. (upgrade for more equipment.) still have 20 days left in this gym. I think part of the reason I platued is because I was starting to get sick and i was doing far too much ofcourse my response to that initially was to do even more... any today I eased back a fair bit I probably wont train legs till i get to the new gym (not that i train them anyway :bitenails:)

todays session was a simple 5:30am job.

Half asleep flat bench press
100kg 5s*5r
Lat Pulldown wide grip (1 inch outside shoulder width)front (lolol)
180p 10s*5r
Skull crushers and Not so EZ bar curl supersets
40kg+(whatever the bar weighs)
5s*6r

Did a different session today, absolutely noone in the gym and boyed on by some lackluster sessions lately did something different today. Spot arrived half way through the session he wasnt needed tho lolololol.

Pretend progress pyrimid bench press
Warm ups then
70kg*12, 90kg*10, 97.5kg *8, 100kg*6, 105*3, 110*2 (someone else finally arrives in gym), 115*1, 120kg*1, 125kg *1 decided to stop there as it was a slow slow rep lol. (its only 5kgs off my all time 1 rm bench press :O)

Chins bodyweight
13reps, 10 reps, 9 reps, 8reps, 6 reps, 4 reps lololool

that was it.

well im upper body pound for pound stronger now as before i was 105kgs when i did 130kg bench
now im 97 and just did 125kg

shame about my deadlifts and squats now. lol Ill be happy to 1rm 130kg on bench soon tho(once i get past 130kg it will be my first pb since I was 20 years old). Once im at new gym ill take things a bit more seriously all over with something like
