Hey human suplex machines. I got annoyed with my plateu and decided to change gyms. (upgrade for more equipment.) still have 20 days left in this gym. I think part of the reason I platued is because I was starting to get sick and i was doing far too much ofcourse my response to that initially was to do even more... any today I eased back a fair bit I probably wont train legs till i get to the new gym (not that i train them anyway )
todays session was a simple 5:30am job.
Half asleep flat bench press
100kg 5s*5r
Lat Pulldown wide grip (1 inch outside shoulder width)front (lolol)
180p 10s*5r
Skull crushers and Not so EZ bar curl supersets
40kg+(whatever the bar weighs)
5s*6r
