Bench dips, just one bench, feet on floor, have to start incorporating more dips, this is a good way to start, can't do more then 2 normal dips, gonna work up to doing them!

Fuckin school started again...damn fucked up schedule, had to get up earlier then im used to, wait longer then eat and spend all day listening to boring crap, got to the gym at about 7pm, compared to 4pm, energy was LOW
