Did a shoulder rehab,abs,calves,cardio and stretching session...yawn...tommorow bench!!!

Today was an ok day at the gym, sleep was mediocre, food was not at its best. I did eat the right food, but not enough. So energy was low and felt tireed all day

Bench

85kgx9, pb for weight, was an ok effort, i know on a better day i wouldve gotten 1 or 2 more

Low incline dumbell press
34kgx5x5, not heavy, not light, good pump

High Incline Smith Machine presses
80kgx5, drop set 60kgx5

80kgx3, 60kgx4, good bout, pecs were destroyed

Did some light rear delt cable flye's but dont count them as sets, just really light to pump them up

Good effort on the bench dude. I know how you feel. Not havin enough sleep and not eating enough makes training harder. Just make sure you get your sleep and MORE food! :D

good effort on the bench there prince. alot of things can make a bad day happend. i actually havent worked out myself what makes some days crap. i can eat tons and be well rested and still have a shitty session. other days i go in with little sleep and food, and think im gonna have a crap session but end up setting pbs. i think ur psychological state has alot to do with it. if ur relaxed, dont have shit on ur mind and dont put pressure on urself. just a theory, who really knows.

70kgx5x5, fuckin brutal, my lungs were on fire after the squat session

Unilateral Leg extensions

Leg curls

53kgx10
53kgx10, damn leg curl machine sucks at this gym,fuckin hurt my knee

Did some calves, and pushup/ez bar curls supersets to pump up the beach muscles, to do some extra work after the snacks i had at a party last night!! meatballs and devil eggs!
