^^ according to my 5/3/1 spreadsheet, my current 1RM for deads is 214, im gonna wait till it hits 220, and then in my deload i will try it out!! sounds better right?!

Solid maxes, bro. I wish I was as strong as you. With my dislocated and injury-prone shoulders my max bench is 225 but my strict standing Overhead Press is 185 lbs. All done at a BW of 185 too....Weird man.

Nice workout. Congrats on the PRs and good luck on destroying 220 kgs on the DL!

^^ thanx a lot man, i have the same problem you do, i have dislocated my left shoulder bout six times in a 6 year span, luckily its doing okay for 2 years now, but it still is a problem when benching or squats, hurt to put my hands on the bar while squatting. The ligament in the back of the shoulder is stretched out real bad in my case, so i cant play basketball anymore either, which i love doing, because any wrong movement it will pop out again.

I feel ya. I've had 10 dislocations on both shoulders in 4 years. I've had to do a LOT of prehab/rehab stuff to keep things intact.

I suffer from genetically lose shoulder joints which are highly prone to dislocations.

I have to be very careful with what I do outside the gym...I love squash/raquetball but too much of either and POP! :(

All I see is a lot of excuses! Nah, kidding mate :) - very strong deads, I for one never pulled above 200kg. Keep it strong

This week i got off from school. so i woke up at like 12 pm and went to the gym for my first ever empty stomach cardio session.


Did 30 minutes treadmill and did some abs

Going again at 7 to do my training

Gonna do this a couple of times this week, just to see how it feels

I dont want to call it dieting, but i am cleaning up my diet quite a bit and trying to keep count of kcals and such. Without much effort in the dieting dept, i am slowly losing some kg while still being strong or stronger recently in the gym.

I want to get at 110 kg and keep all my numbers up or even get them up, but dont wanna rush it, if it takes 5 months, ill go with the flow. If i can get to 110 and still be as strong or stronger in the gym, i might consider dropping some more and then start bulking again. But time will tell
