Machine one legged leg press
This fuckin machine is crazy, its the vertical leg press made by life fitness, i dont know if its the angle or i was just tired,. but 25kgx10 for 3 sets felt heavy lol

Spider curls ss with hammer curls both arms
20kgx12, 20kgx6
30kgx8, 18kgx6
30kgx8, 18kgx5....those spider curls were really strict, made the weight same heavy

Tommorow is cardio and abs
