@ freako: i havent used straps in the last 8 weeks except the time i deadlifted to 200kg, and i already feel my grip improving, but it is still not even close to holding 220kg, so still got to work on it!

We have about the same weight, you kick my ass in deads and squats, but i have a better benchpress.. hmm, i reckon you're better then me :p
