Good workout Prince. You are getting freaky strong, log presses are really good. That log is much harder lift than barbell.

It is easier to clean, but the press is much harder indeed, also depends on the log, but its much more fun then normal pressing, thanx for stopping by man!

Been feeling rather tired and kinda sick today, the last 3 sessions really ****ed me up but got last practice for truckpull event in today

Today was individual pulling, 7.5 tonnes

Harnas
34. something, very bad, my legs were ****ed, my lower back and just wasnt feeling it, technique was off as well
31. something, meh, technique was there, but slower @ start

Hand over hand
23. something, very good, good speed
27. something, was hesitant, shouldve listened to my body, arms and shoulders were on fire

Decided to hit a mini sessions while there so i can take the next two days off to recover

Good benching Jono. Lots of shoulder/overhead presses lately, how are they in terms of size, improved? Think will incorporate some db overhead movements when I finish the bench program, as my front delts are lacking in terms of size...
