Btw, I bought dbz tenkaichi budokai 2 for ps2 (15€ platinum), damn I love it.:D How I wish I'd had it back 4 years ago when I lived for that stuff.

I know it seems like a lot of chest work but i feel it is the bodypart tht grows the slowest on me.That's why i made sure it was the only bodypart i trained today

As you said, alot of exercises and sets, but you do what you have to do to make it work. Keep it up man!
