Well just did my delts,tricep workout and it went pretty good!

Seated side laterals

Machine press( chest to pad...more a whole shoulder feel instead of just front delt)

After all that fatiguing of the muscles those presses are hard!Pumped like crazy!!

2 sets of standing side and bent over raises just to finish it up

That was that...while waiting for my training partner to get there i did a lot for abs and 15 minutes bike....decided to take cardio off today seeing that i was taking long enough on the gym without food because of the waiting and i am seeing some improvements...

Tommorow is back and cardio day!

I have weak side delts and they fatigue the shoulder pretty good so i dont have ot go as heavy and that spares my bad shoulder:xyxthumbs:thanx for askin:2:

Damn prince. Thats a ton of volume! How long do your workouts usually take?

They take about 60-80 minutes at the most....and that because i have a tranining partner now! if i train alone its mostly 45 min and 1 hour for legs beacuse i take bigger rest between squats...but i train very efficiently and try to keep my heart rate up since my goal is to lose some bodyfat and gain muscle..i feel its working till now and i do some cardio too....any comments or advice on this? thanx for stopping by!:xyxthumbs:

Thanx for checkin da log man! now that i have a training partner i am more confident in trying new wieghts seeing that i finally have some one to spot me...i showed him how and when i want to be spotted so im very happy!!:hsughr:
