dont do deads first dude, they just fuck you up for the rest of the workout, i do em at the end, and there is never any probs

Pulldowns/t-bar rows...not sure yet
Benchpress
Shoulder press(dumbells)
Ez bar curls superset French press
Deadlift

Then will do complete leg/ab workout the day after then upper body again....diff excerices though...stay tuned......

that interesting.You can focus on one arm muscle in the first upper body session and on the other one on the second.because that superset is going to be exhausting and you wont be able to train both muscle groups 100%.also i would do deadlifts before your arm workout

Well did my upperbody workout

Bench press
60kgx10 2 sets
70kgx4 drop set 60kgx8

Incline dumbell
2 sets of 20kgx8

Standing barbell press
3 sets of 40kgx6

Side laterals
3 sets of 7kgx10

Dumbell shrugs
3 sets 24kgx12

Shoulder press machine supersetted with machine press chest
2 sets(lightwieght just to pump it out)

Pulldowns
3 sets of 45kgx10

Cable rows
3 sets of 50kgx10

Machine dips
3 sets of 150poundsx10

Ez bar curls
20kgx12 2 sets
25kgx10

And that was it....nothing heavy at all....my strength and energy are waaaaay down beacuse of the stomach virus....FUCK!! tommorow is lowerbody/abs day!!

nice session although this one 'Standing barbell press"isnt the best thing for your injured delt.careful mate

I know man...did them controlled though....did't want to do dumbells because of jsut doing them for incline....deads will be done tommorow with legs!

You will get back into it bro, it just takes a week or two. Just keep hitting the weights, and make sure you eat plenty.

The strength will come back - bound to be down after a virus, but you still did some big lifts especially all in the same session!
