Squat and front squat

Stiff leg deads
3 sets of 70kgx8

Lying leg curls
30kgx15
40kgx12
50kgx10

Leg extensions
3 sets of 60kgx10

Seated calf raises
3 sets of 30kgx15

That was it...energy was low and didnt have enough to eat so took it easy...tommorow is upperbody!

Nice session, you always usea big amount of exercise. I would overtrain with that amount. Keep it up

Good going - the lower body work was good with no energy but you could see the difference when you felt "on" for the upper body! Loads done! Nice work.

again, the amazement with reps and weight
incline bb presses much higher than mine like everything else :(
