By decline hammer i mean a plate loaded machine that looks like a hammer strenght brand machine so its a plate loaded machine...i cant do too many flye's because of my fuckedup shoulder

hahahaha at epic failure. Man, doing standing Militarys are hard as hell. I remember seeing a guy doing them with at least two plates (45 lbs each) on each side like it was nothing.

Great session bro, the volume of the exercises has dropped so good job. But I still think you need less warmup sets before your heaviest sets. You will have more energy to go all out on your heavier lifts. But I am seeing some nice signs of improved strength. Keep up the good work, its nice to see you bounced back from being sick so fast. :xyxthumbs:

I dont know what's wrong with me but i have the fever again....i think its because im not sleeping enough so i dont recuperate....plus i got shit load of school work that i am doing so long hours at school...not eating like i am suppose to...damn it...

dont sweat it dude, just get fully better hey, muscle memory will make sure it comes back quick when you start training and eating again, school work is more important for now anyways!

Sorry to hear about the fever broseph... That lack of sleep can really take a toll on the ol body. Try to get some rest.

I understand your pain. I am in Tulsa, Oklahoma at a horse show and the temp is like 14 degrees.. Plus at the shows we get no sleep and the food is awful.. Thank god it's only once a month for a few short days.. So just take it easy and deal with your stress.. best of luck
