awesome work on those benches man
i see your doing arms with chest too
do you get any strain on triceps at all after benching ?
knocking down some sets helps alot for me
but damn, seems like you could go on and on with arms as well
keep it up.!!!

And that was it.....tired like fuck...good sessions though!

fuck yeah, the big three, i bet your feeling proper fucked! good work! i noticed the second set of 140 kg deads didnt go to plan, same thing happened with my second working set of rack deads the other day.........failed lol! one hard set is all i can handle!

nice squats and front squats, congrats for that p.b.. you will see that you can go up in your weight at them in no time :)

deadlifts lookin strong too, don't worry about just one rep at the last set, 140kg are some serious weight :)
