Do u guys ever have those kinda days....where u feel like shit.....ate like shit....slept like shit....had a lot on ur mind and at work/school? but still u want to hit the gym hard because that is the place that its just u and ur power!?but then u realised it would of been a better idea to rest and hit it hard the next day? well........this is that kinda day...

strenght and stamina was way down....hams and calves went ok ...but quads sucked balls today...that happens when u have 2 solid meals in 9 hours.....school is fuckin my training up!!
Next leg session is gonna be crazy....guaranteed!!
Sometimes my best training days are when I've eaten/slept/felt like shit. You never know. At least you got in there and did something; frequency is also important, not just intensity
