Big guy?? i consdier myself taller then the average human being at 6'2" but im not big by no means...i weigh bout 112 kilo's right now at about 20-22 % bf...

nice to see you rocking the deadlifts! makes me wanna go back to them, ive been rack deading but i think doing them from the floor along with a program full of big basics will have my lower back crying more often than not!

well you have a big structure and someone who is almost 1.90 meters and weights 110 kilos is quite big.you may not be big in terms of muscularity but thats up to you to change it

By decline hammer i mean a plate loaded machine that looks like a hammer strenght brand machine so its a plate loaded machine...i cant do too many flye's because of my fuckedup shoulder
