Lunges ( first time)
Set 1 i tried it with dumbells
14kgx10....fail ( 5 per leg) too heavy
the next 2 sets were with a 20kg bar x7 per leg
Like it so far.. feels good in my hams and quads...may keep doing them!
Did 3 sets wide grip pulldowns and 3 sets nuetral grip pulldowns but in sequence.
So one wide and one neutral
