nice session buddy, pretty heavy db press, awesome getting that pb feel good, i wonder what front bar raises are. are they like front raises but with a bar? reverse pek is insane awesome strenght on those:xyxthumbs:

Had a good leg session today!

Warmed up with two sets of

leg extensions ss with hamstring curls

Squats

Lunges ( first time)
Set 1 i tried it with dumbells
14kgx10....fail ( 5 per leg) too heavy
the next 2 sets were with a 20kg bar x7 per leg
Like it so far.. feels good in my hams and quads...may keep doing them!

Leg press calf presses
