real good weights trown around, good going getting that pb, but i guess you´ll use more next time and some high reps with the crossover so i see where you get the pump from. since the triceps are all machine can´t really tell if it was strong but the numbers look strong so yeah buddy lightweight!!! awesome job, on a flipnote why did you do wide grip bench?

Nice session there Vegeta. Sometimes the weights you usually play around with can feel like the double, it happens to me all the time. Dont worry, next session you wont feel the same : ) Have a fun trip.
