great workout man! deads are heavy.. keep pushing and pushing.. focus and im sure you do a second rep with 180 or hit the 190 :)

you seem to make it like a walk in the park, you strap yourself in the machines and BAMM light weight :keke:
how come no squats? :tear: wobble wobble is sad to see no squats :keke:

Squats is on 5x5 day Baby....i that will be end of week...friday or saturday...ill 150kgx2 for u!
