My body was/is shaking form the intense session!!
This 5 weeks of 5x5 has really given me my strength bakc and then some, especially teh shoulders ( for those who dont know i have dislocated my shoulder 6 times in my youth and finally got therapy last month and its much better/stronger now!)
Next week last week of strength cycle
Going to take it wasy and not try 3reps or 1rm the last week
