Had a good pump session today
My body really feels tired from the heavy squats and deads from the last 2 session, so took it easy but still intense
Leg extensions plate loaded ( unilateral)
Each side 10kgx12
20kgx10
30kgx8
40kgx6
Stationary lunges
bodyweightx 8 each leg
2 sets of 8kg dumbells in each hand x7 per leg...first time....its hard!!
Bodyweights squats high speeds no lockout
2 sets of wide stance with a 10kg plate in arms x12
2 sets "" narrow stancex10...my legs were pumped!
Incline dumbell press
20kgx10
26kgx10
32kgx8
36kgx6..good pump
Machine high rows plate loaded unilateral
25kg each sidex12
35kgx10
45kgx8
Barbell curls
20kgx15
40kgx6
40kgx6
Seated strict one arm curls
10kgx10
12kgx8
14kgx7
And some finishing cable curls and crossovers for teh max pump
Did some calves with just resting while my partner did reps till failure. each of us went 5 times....good pump and burn
