Took a couple of days off and finished the 5x5 routine with some new pb's...was hapy with the 5 weeks of strength training and now its time to lose some blubber
Im gonna do a pull/push/leg routine with cardio
Hopin for a 1kg loss a week at least.

Behind the neck pulldowns( this would normally be deads but gonna take rest from the big three for a week or two)

Preacher curls unilateral plate loaded machine
did 3 sets increasing weights each set till failure( cant remember weights or reps)
Superset cable wrist curls with reverse EZ bar curls
3 sets ( cant remember weights)
Did some abs and 20 min stationary bike for 200kcals
