nice front squatting bro, i have never gotten the hang of that movement technically, and thus have never done it regularly, i think placing the bar on my delts is so fucking uncomfy:/ but i guess its a good quad builder huh? leg presses look killer as well bro:2:

Yeah those front squats pump the quads up like shit!!

Leg presses rest pause after the other quad work has my glutes and hammies sore!!
