Update: feeling a bit better but will rest and go watch slipknot tommrow so no traning till firday...i wont dissapoint! back and traps!

Better to take an extra day of. Try to get rid of the virus, take some vit c and some zink. Some tea with honey and everthing is gonna be ok m8

That was a good workout regardless of the conditions man. Way to play it safe and stimulate the muscles without killing yourself. The last thing you want is an injury. Get better soon and hit that heavy ass weight!!
