My goddaugther has been sick since her birth, beacuse of a defect liver, and her day has come.

I won't be able to train till sunday probably, since i will be out of town

u should take time off, don´t feel bad about it either just recover
always said to see a young child past away, very hard i assume

Thanx guys,

She was 9 months old, and she had a lot of problems. She died 12:10 AM Friday, She was put to rest in het mothers arms. Makes you think twice bout the people u love.

Tommorow i will be busy with the burial of the child etc, so thurday lowerbody+abs

All the best to you and your family, I'm really sorry to read about the loss of such a young being. Got choked up when I read it, since I younges boy is 4 months old and what your family is going through must be hell.

Keep focused on the good things and keep loving the people around you.

Btw: Nice training. Training can really help you get a break from some of the heavy personal stuff, so you a can come back stronger and refreshed after a good session. Keep it up.

Thanx a lot Till, i appreciate the support!

Today was the farewell ceremony for my godchild, no burial since she is going to be cremated, so was a pretty sad day, seeing her for the last time...

But on a good note, i finally passed a important exam i needed to pass in order to get my last points of my first year, so now its 100% ill be going to texas on exchange in august!!
