Just because I leave for a year you all think you can go with less than 20 minutes of cardio? For shame!

Strong stuff...have you hit 190 on deadlifts before? 180 to 200 is a big jump.

Same one i use in the gym, really gets a good stretch in the pecs and you can really contract at the top too, makes the chest work hard

Deads
60kgx10
100kgx8
120kgx8
140kgx6
Now for the 200...
180kgx1
200xfail
200xfail
180kgx1....damn..
Just looking at it; I think you may have too many large jumps in weight to pull the 200kg. Try just pulling doubles up until 80% (~160kg) then go with singles in 5-10kg increments. Really you should have pulled at least a 190 and possibly a 195kg before the 200kg. Gets you ready to pull the big one in training.

I might post an article I read on selecting your lifts (as in competition weights for PLing and WLing). Interesting stuff. The opener would have been 180kg here, the last would have been a new PB (i.e. 200kg) and the middle attempt would be something near to in-between the two.

^thanx for the advice tim. I normally go up to 190kgx1 but this time i felt i can save some energy and skip it, but didnt help at all, so next time it will do 160kgx3/180kgx2/190kgx1 and try 200kg again, after a couple of lighter sets of course

If you are trying to pull a new max (well current max) then it would be better to pull:
160x2
180x1
190x1
consider 195x1 - depends on how easy 190kg felt, easy then skip it, heavy then do it.
200x?
202.5xpossibility?

See 180kg is obviously an easy pull for you, so that is your base reference for a single. From that you want to add an increment that is comfortable to pull easily. This way you gear your brain/muscles up for the next lift, which is only just a little heavier. If in doubt add more increments and bigger rest intervals.

great work man! don't worry about your deads they look good. just keep the warmup reps low so you don't waste too much energy while upping the weight. you should be able to lift 220 in no time !!!
