I agree with you guys, i shall try and some my next UB training

Did some introductory leg training, cuz i suffer alot from soreness and stiffness especially after leg training, so took it light but i can already feel they are gonna hurt a lot later in the day

Leg press ss with toe presses for calves
2x 1 platex15 + 15 reps per calf
2x 2 platesx12 + 12 reps
2x 3 platesx10 + 12 reps both feet
2x 4 platesx8

Leg extensions
60kgx12 3 sets

Single standing leg curls
2x30kgx10

Stiff leg deads with dumbells, really slow and loooooong stretch
2x12kgx10

Did some standing cable crunches

Summer carnival today in Rotterdam, so lots of walking,not looking forward to the pain and fatigue....

lol, yeah walking after a leg session is not my favorite activity either.

The only way to get better at pullups is by doing them. I used to be barely able to do 2 wide-grip. I can now do about 15 easy with perfect form.

@ freako: im gonna have my training partner hold my legs after i can't do them myself anymore, this way i can squeeze 2 or 3 more reps also try some negatives

being tall is the biggest cunt for chinups but uve got to do them bra, if u can really only do a few do heaps of sets and it will help you to increase. I.e 10 sets of 4 then try to progress to sets of 5 upto 10 sets then when u can do that do sets of 6 etc etc etc.

your balance between bench and rows is perfect, dont often see that. That must mean your form is dead on, good on you.

strength is great man, I've definitely seen improvements over time, you're really coming along.

Moving to Texas eh, what do you plan on majoring in anyway?

My rows are actually stronger then my bench, i can row 110kgx4 and only bench 100kgx2 by my self, nut you are right, you dont see a lot of people who row as much as they bench! thanx for the compliment man!

Squats felt good, but tweaked my lower back a bit, hurts like hell now

Was going to do some kind of dead or GM move for the hams but my lower back was really hurting on the right side, so next session will be more ham focused

Did some calves and got out


Tommorow off and UB next, see if i can improve on my pullups

maybe do some goodmornings, it helps me strengthen my lower back for very heavy squats. I can recommend that exercise. Train hard pal
