Finally trained today

This week is my last week before heading to texas so gonna split it like this:

monday: push
tuesday: pull
wednesday:legs
thursday: off
Friday: push
Saturday: pull

And then sunday i leave for Texas!

Once i get established there the first ill do is seek the gym on campus and start Jim Wendlers program!! :headbang:

100kgx2, first rep my trainingmate told me was all me and the second one was forced

Flat db flye's

Standing BB press

50kgx6, hand slipped on the 4th rep, bar was a bit bent, had to readjust and start again, killed my set

Db side laterals

Close Grip BB press

80kgx3...tri's were to fatigued...

Did some straight bar pushdowns 10,10,10

Before the session i did some pullups and ab shit, but tommorow will hit the pullups hard!

Pull session today. and it was a good one

Pullups, hands 6 inches apart neutral grip

I got bwx20 spread in like 5-6 sets, and my training parnter helped me in the reps which i got stuck like half way through

Dumbell rows
40kgx8
46kgx8
50kgx6
56kgx4.....it's been awhile!

Seated machine plate loaded high rows
20kg per sidex12 slow, squeeze reps
30kgx10
40kgx8
50kgx6...good pump!

Face pulls, 15,15,12 reps

Unilateral dumbell shrugs
24kgx12
28kgx10
34kgx10...doing them like this i can control the squeeze and the range of motion much better.

Seated strict dumbell curls, both arms at the same time
12kgx10
14kgx8
16kgx6...those pullups are really killing my strength in the end...

Did some preacher curls, 2 sets of 30kgx8, one wide and one narrow, arms were to fatigued....

here is my leg workout

Lever machine squats, shoulders hurting too much to hold the bar for reg. squats

20kg each sidex10+ 10 reps calf raises
40kgx8+10 calf raises
60kgx8+10 calf raises
70kgx5+8 calf raises
Here the belt was applied
70kg each sidex6
80kg each sidex5...so that's 160kg, legs and glutes are FRIED

Leg extensions
70kgx10
80kgx10
80kgx8

Single leg curls
35kgx10
45kgx8
50kgx6....My legs were jelly by now

Last time I hurt my back while doing squats, so to prevent reinjuring it before heading to the states, took the safe route and was pleased by the pumps i got, but by no means satisfied. Can't wait to start the 5/3/1 program and take my squats and other lifts to a new level!

congrats guy, hope your shoulders feel better soon, sometimes the lever machines can be good if your injured due to free weights, awesome workout btw!
