^^ no im not injured, i just have a lot of problems with my left shoulder, in my lifetime i have dislocated it 6 times. So whenever i train shoulders after a while or go real heavy, it hurts my shoulders, but my rotator cuff, and by trying to hold the bar on my back, even hig bar, it hurts like hell
yes i have, but it would limit my ROM. But the doctors told me that if it happens one more time, they have to operate, same thing they said after the second time lolz
As long as i dont overstrain them or put it in any akward position im good
The gym @ Texas State is huuuuuuuuuuge!! compared to gyms in europe anyway, bought basic supps and food to start training, but wont be able till thursday because of registration and shit...
