Lying leg raises did 2 sets of 10 ss with 2 sets of 10 pushups

played racquetball for 20 min and b-ball for an hour , racquetball was high intensity and b-ball low, was just shooting around and one on one,so lots of cardio today, didn't do deads cuz my legs have crazy DOMS, gonna do either stiff leg or sumo on leg day.

thats actually a very solid idea mate. u get alot of cardio and ure having fun at the same time. i also think the treadmill is boring as hell. so i prefer just going for a walk in the mountains or play landhockey. that way im more motivated and get cardio exercise in:2:

btw, how do u like the states so far prince? is everything bigger?;D

I love it down here man, they sell protein powder and stuff in the supermarket hahahha, and most of the dining halls are all you can eat, and some good food too,

Afterwards i played some basketball, volleyball and ping pong.. gym was like 1 hour and the rest another 1.5 hours...love the rec center here!

New machine, never tried it out, had a wide platform, so decided to go wide with toes pointed.
