Thanks guys, its still stiff and hurts when i bent over so, upperbody training wont have any heavy rows in it today or standing presses, gonna swith it up a bit

ye lower back issues is the worst thing there is. be careful mate. that being said, it was a good session. good squats.

incline bench is looking quite nice. 90kg on incline bb is very good.

lots of good pressing going on.

why no real dips?

Cuz im too heavy to do any good reps, i can get maybe 2 reps, plus with my previous shoulder injuries, i dont want to risk it. If i drop some BF ill try and dome them again

right now im 122kg...which is..244+24.4=268.4 pounds

at almost 270, id imagine u carry alot of bodyfat. u might wanna consider a diet. it will prolly help u in the gym and ur gains to lose some unwanted pounds.

good session bro. got some good pressing exercises in there. i think you'll increase you're reps on the dips faster that you think if you did them more often. keep training hard buddy!

@ Bulky: I totally agree, i was 121 kg after a couple of weeks of dieteing recently, before i went back home for a month and enjoyed to much off my momma's cooking, i only recently started training again, and have decided to start doing some pullups, once i get the hang of pullups, ill do some dips.

Had a good pullup day but shitty training day. My lower back is pretty much ok,but to prevent hurting it again, did things that didnt include spine loadin

Pullups( first three sets supersetted with unilateral plate loaded seated low rows)
Did neutral grip, hands 6 inches apart pullups

Rested a bit..
