Solid session. For not having done deads in 3 months and hitting what you maxed out in then is damn fine work. Rest of the session was equally up to par.

I'm definitely happy with it. Going to take it easy on them for a while, lighten the weight for a month or so and really crack down on my form.

good job bro, hit it heavy but remember, working out with a lot of weight on deads and terrible form is bad for your back :keke:

yeah, it really has me worrying. my knees are starting lock out before my back now, which caused my back to round a little..going to get them down and comeback stronger.

thanks dude. I like the split, it is a pain but I'm going to lessen the weight a little for a couple of sessions and I'll adapt.

wow you're really going for strength with that bench - nice work. Don't fret on the DB militaries - it happens to me randomly as well, most of the time it's back to normal the following week. Nice work with the PB on side laterals and DB rows, and those deads are looking good.

Thanks man, I've never been one to do too much direct trap work, but these are great. Try them on the calf machine (like in the article). Oh my gym and its simple inadequacies. :disgust:

Thanks man..I don't know about y'all but my arms have always responded best to a lot of volume, I also am gald that I'm back to doing triceps and biceps on the same day again. Frequency is also good for me.

A man like you will go far because I know you will never quit the iron-slinging. As the log goes, it's just awesome. I especially like the goals you set so you stay motivated each and every day you go in the gym. If you have a sound diet plan that goes along with this routine, you'll be huge in no time; literally.
