I like the sound of smith lunges - might swap my dbs for those next tuesday's leg sesh. Nice work on the PB on SLDL... I wish I'd had straps coz I might have pulled off 225 x 10, but I didn't so you win : ) until next time of course...

forgot this little tidbit..I had health class right before my workout and we did some labs..I got stuck in cardio and body composition..teacher did the pinch test and according to her numbers I am at 12.2% bf...she said it can be within 5% error.

quick measurements (yesterday):

chest - 45"
quads - 25"
arms - 15"
waist - 33.75"

notes - while I was on my second round of box jumps one of the trainers saw us and told us not to take any steps before the jump and to also make sure our whole foot gets on the platform. he said if we don't it could cause knee problems. the last two sets were done correctly and felt a lot better.
I'm content with today's benching.

Lion and pGhi -> thanks for the kind words..the decline floor presses (what I call them) is simply a floor press with your knees bent and your ass off the ground. bring the bar down to your bellybutton and press it up. the powerlifter guy told me to do them every once in a while.
