3' box jumps for ten reps sounds like absolute hell. Good work and, most impressively, you were able to recognize that your form wasn't perfect on squats.

I inspired??Why quads after back and hammies day?It wont be easy and safe to do squats when you have worked your back day before..trust me man
I would do something like this
day 1 - back, hamstrings
day 2 - shoulders, arms
day 3 - rest
day 4 - chest, quads
day 5 - rest
day 6 - repeat

but good shoulders and arms work bro.:xyxthumbs:

I rarely do any direct ab work. Most of the time I'll just do sit ups at my house randomly..calves probably after quads.

and lol at the hoody. you should try those CGs..they're the shit.

I liked the fact that you worked back and hams and quads and chest together. I didn't really take the whole squatting after back day into account. I want a little more frequency..how's this?

thanks bro..I think I'll be able to close grip bench more than I normal bench pretty soon:keke:

Solid session. For not having done deads in 3 months and hitting what you maxed out in then is damn fine work. Rest of the session was equally up to par.

good job bro, hit it heavy but remember, working out with a lot of weight on deads and terrible form is bad for your back :keke:
