Good session bro, Though I would change the order in the excersises a bit, Start of with the incline instead, that would give you more power to the "mass building" imo :xyxthumbs:

That basketball session sure must have made your legs burn :D

Good session there.. How do you like regular decline bench? I prefer Decline hammer strength machine, it really allows a great stretch.. Just my two cents

Haha, I played at my college gym about a month ago and I was horrid. Been knocking the rust off and so far I've been one of the better players here.

Dang, i dunno how you remember that stuff, even writing it down on paper at the gym is hard
everything looks excellent, good reps n sets, just a solid split very solid
basketball is very good for cardio lol, keep up the hard work man !
